The Vision: A Community's Dream
The concept for The Centre of Excellence was born from a collective desire within the Harlesden community—a coalition of local organisations and businesses known as the Community Asset Voice Alliance (CAVA). We saw a need for a space that was truly for the people, a place that could simultaneously serve local needs and foster world-class talent.
However, as a newly formed group, we knew that passion alone wouldn’t be enough. We needed experience, expertise, and the kind of proven track record that could turn our ambitious vision into reality.
