Our ground floor is the beating heart of everyday community life – a café and exhibition space at the front, a fully-equipped commercial kitchen at the core, and a flexible community hall at the back. Each area can be hired separately or combined for larger events, pop-ups and celebrations.

Located at the front of the building with prominent street presence, our ground floor café area is a vibrant and flexible space that extends beyond its daily role. By day, it’s a welcoming spot for the community to enjoy a coffee and connect. During evenings and weekends, it transforms into a versatile, multi-use facility perfect for pop-up exhibitions, intimate gatherings, and professional meetings. With ample natural light and a warm, contemporary design, this space offers a unique and accessible setting for a wide range of events.
